As a client of InPhase, our customer service department is available for stateside live calls Monday through Friday during the hours of 8:30am to 6:00pm EST. In addition to real-time support, as an InPhase client you also have access to our online ticketing system, to inform us of issues that may not require immediate assistance, as well as a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section that will thoroughly explain answers to some of the more commonly asked questions regarding our software.
