InPhase Concept

What is the most important quality for Chiropractic software? Accuracy? Speed? Easy to learn? Easy to use? Balancing these priorities is a difficult task. If your software is missing any one of these qualities your staff - and office - will likely experience unnecessary frustration and never perform at their full potential.

Today’s Chiropractic environment is challenging enough. Staff must be capable of juggling several tasks simultaneously without letting anything fall through the cracks… like patients and money. The InPhase software was designed with this reality in mind. Before the first line of code was written, we agreed on a list of software development principles to guide us. They are as follows:

  • It has to be simple.
  • It has to be fast.
  • It has to be accurate.
  • It has to be clean.
  • Whenever possible, "provide a light at the key".

As you look at our software - and at any other software for that matter - keep these ideas in mind. The design and features of our software demonstrate - better than anything we could say - our dedication to Chiropractic. We are capable of providing tremendous power with surprising simplicity because we cater to this one profession. The end result of this focus is something that could only be created by a group who truly understands your needs. But that shouldn't be a surprise. The foundation for what we have built comes from your peers: our clients. And since we have software in 50 states and several countries, representing almost every technique and every type of practice possible, the odds are good that we have had input from an office just like yours.

How quickly you can move from one task to another - and back again - is critical to the efficiency of chiropractic software. If you need to checkout a patient when you are in the middle of posting an insurance check or you need to schedule an appointment while you are entering new patient information, how easily can you move from one section to the other? Some systems have you navigate an endless maze of menu after menu - to get to one place - then another maze to get back… all with a patient waiting at the counter. Other systems have a bottomless pile of windows, one on top of the other, leaving you to shuffle through them like a deck of cards playing “Go fish”.

InPhase Technologies Group uses an interface designed to handle the constant back and forth activities of a chiropractic office. Any time you open a section of the program, whether from a menu selection or from the customizable toolbar, InPhase places the information in a separate tabbed window. In this manner you can quickly jump back and forth between the different sections with a single click on a tab. This is especially helpful for the areas that you leave open the most, such as the DaySheet, the patient information, or the BlackHole list. However, if you ever pull up something that you don’t use very often, such as Attorney information, you simply close that tab when you’re done – as not to clutter the tabs with something you aren’t likely to need quick access to during the day.

Finally, whenever you login to the program, it starts up exactly how you left it. If you like to work with the same four or five tabs open all the time, they will be waiting for you the next time you start the software.
